Parental Consent and Legal Declaration

By selecting this checkbox and submitting the registration, I confirm and declare that:

• I hold parental authority or legal guardianship over the registered minor in accordance with Art. 296 of the Swiss Civil Code (ZGB).

• I have read, understood, and accept the Studio’s General Terms and Conditions (AGB), available here: Oophaga Animation GmbH General Terms and Conditions

• I expressly consent to my child’s participation in the selected 3D art and animation workshop(s).

• I acknowledge that the workshop involves the use of computers, software, and creative tools, and I accept the risks inherent to normal participation.

• I confirm that my child is in appropriate health to participate and that I have disclosed any relevant medical or special conditions through the registration process.

• I accept that the organizer’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by Swiss law, in particular excluding liability for slight negligence.

• I confirm that the information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

• I consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with applicable Swiss data protection law (revDSG) for the purpose of organizing and administering the workshop.

• I accept the specific consents and selections made during the registration process (including, where applicable, media/image permissions).

By proceeding, I enter into a binding agreement with the organizer under Swiss law.
